Dèria 2007 - Priorat

I tested a bottle of Dèria 2007 from Priorat. A strong wine which was 12 month in French oak barrels. Some aging will do the wine certainly well.

Lignum Negre 2007 - Albet i Noya

The Lignum Negre 2007 from Albet i Noya is a very hearty red wine from Penedès. The wine was 11 months in American oak.
The wine has grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carinyena and Garnatxa.
The wine is in the medium price range.

Mores Finca 2008 - Montsant

Mores Finca is from Montsant, north of Priorat, close to Tarragona. This wine was 3 months in oak. It does not have the taste of the oak. A powerful wine in the lower price region. Recommended with meat or pasta.
I bought the wine in a small wine shop in Poble Nou, Barcelona.
